Werner Property Agents specializes in the marketing and selling of property in and around the trendy, old Victorian suburb of Observatory, Cape Town.

After six years working as an estate agent (realtor) in Cape Town with a national broking firm, Werner Steyn started his own Observatory-based real estate consultancy on 1 May 1999. Werner Property Agents was formed.

With the support of mostly the local community and the resulting success of the business it became clear after a while to invest in the social, environmental and economic well-being of this area and it’s people. The biggest of these investments was when the business acquired a local property in October 2018 with the aim of supporting the arts, creatives and entrepreneurs by offering the free use of the space to exhibit for a week.
