It is in the best interest of both Radbug New Media and
Werner Property Agents to run a successful affiliates 
programme by paying their respective affiliates accordingly,
so a concerted effort will be made to track every referral 
and pay affiliates accordingly, but although both Radbug 
New Media and Werner Property Agents will make every attempt
to track sales leads and correlate them with their respective
affiliates, neither company guarantees the infallability of
the affiliates tracking program. Possible reasons for losing
track of your referred visitors may include, but are not
limited to:

 - Visitors browser did not send the HTTP_REFERER
   header to our server.
 - Visitors browser did not accept cookie.
 - Sales agent did not correlate the sale with the
   affiliate
 - Unexpected technical error

 
Neither Radbug New Media nor Werner Property Agents will be
held liable, under any circumstances, for commissions not paid,
whether due to technical errors or negligence.
